June 25th the exposition ‘Mapping the Experience’ will be opened at the Beautiful Distress House in Amsterdam. During the research phase of this project, ten children teamed up with artists to give shape to their absence experience. These works of art will be on display at the exhibition. You can also experience the VR installation ‘In My Absence’ and see the research film.
The panel ‘Astronauts of the Inner World’ will officiate at the opening. Artists, scientists, map makers, magicians and philosophers will engage in talks about mapping the inner world. Prior to this event the film ‘Are You There?’ (Ik ben er even niet) will be screened at Eye. To register for the opening please email email@example.com.
